About Us

Shear Perfection was opened in 1982 by two sisters : Delme Bullard and Annabelle Cepeda. Their strong passion for the cosmetology Industry is what has kept the salon open for 27 years. The salons has since then expanded from 2 stylists to 4 stylists and 2 nailtechs. Of the 6 cosmetologists, 3 have chosen to not only work in the salon but to also share their knowledge and have become Cosmetology Instructors. Their hopes are that their passion for the industry will be passed on to future professtional of our field of Cosmetology.
