Two Girls and a Vision

The owner of Hot Lox Studio and Spa , Amy Lusk , and manager, Tori Brown started out together at the Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy. They then went on to further their education through Aveda. Having experienced how a highly competitive salon and spa atmosphere could discourage teamwork amongst service providers, and how this would inevitably disrupt the customer service the client should receive, they were inspired to change that dynamic. They made a decision; if they wanted things done right they would have to do it themselves. So in 2006, Tori and Amy jumped head first into their dream of building a team and customer service oriented salon and spa.
